Science Footprint Press (SFP) is a publisher specializing in the open-access publication of academic journals and books, headquartered in Hong Kong, China. The SFP currently has 31 Chinese journals and 2 English journals, publishing relevant scientific research achievements in accordance with the CC BY.

At present, 31 Chinese journals of SFP basically cover major disciplines such as Physics and Mathematics, Chemistry and Materials, Life Science, Medicine and Health, Information and Communication, Engineering Technology, Earth and Environment, Economy and Management, Humanities and Social Science, which can meet the needs of most researchers for the selection of journals.

Papers and books published by SFP journals are fully open-access, meanwhile, papers and books on this platform are free to all. To ensure the sustainable operation of the journal, we fund the publication by charging the article processing charges (APC) and book processing charges (BPC), and collect the APC and BPC at low standards to ensure the normal operation of the SFP. SFP promises that after accepting APC and BPC, all journals and books will be published in open-access format. All readers can read it for free under the framework of the CC BY license, and the author can enjoy all the rights in the framework of the CC BY.

SFP is committed to publishing the E-content. For this reason, SFP's editing system has developed an e-book generation function. After readers select a certain volume of the journal on the "Journal Catalog" page, click the "Online Preview" button to automatically generate e-books for readers to read online. After realizing the full electronic publishing content, SFP only issued a small number of print journals. If the author needs a print journal, he can submit a request to SFP (journal@scifootprint.com), and the publisher will give away the journal in which the author publishes the paper for free.

The SFP attaches great importance to academic ethics and academic norms, and adopts a zero-tolerance policy for academic misconduct. All manuscripts submitted to SFP publication will be checked through anti-plagiarism system. If there is any problem with the manuscript, it will be rejected immediately. However, some academic misconduct problems, such as data tampering and chart manipulation, are difficult to discover through review systems, and if similar academic misconduct is found after publishing, the publisher will withdraw it, bearing no financial losses of the author, nor refunding the author's APC and BPC, while the author shall assume full responsibility. In addition, the relevant research in the fields of Life Science and Medicine should follow the relevant ethics norms (see submission instructions). If the submission or published papers are found to violate the relevant ethics norms, SFP will withdraw it and all responsibilities are borne by the authors, the publisher does not bear any economic losses of the authors, nor refund the authors APC and BPC.
