  Professor Ke Xinli is appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Geography Sciences Review

Professor Ke Xinli is appointed as the editor-in-chief of Chinese Geography Sciences Review (2708-681X). Professor Ke Xinli is currently the deputy dean of the School of Public Administration of Huazhong Agricultural University, the deputy director of the National Land Survey and Monitoring Engineering Technology Innovation Center in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the deputy secretary-general of the Hubei Provincial Land Society. In 2001, he graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University, majoring in land planning and utilization, with a bachelor's degree in economics. In 2006, he graduated from Wuhan University, majoring in cartography and geographic information systems, with a master's degree in science. In 2009, he graduated from Wuhan University, majoring in photo grammetry and remote sensing with a doctor's degree in Engineering. From 2009 to 2012, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (direction of land use change). From April to November 2015, he was a visiting researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands (land use and land ecology). From January 2016 to January 2017, he was engaged in visiting research (ecological economy) at the University of Minnesota, USA. In 2019, he was selected as the "Young Scholars of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program of the Ministry of Education", and won honors such as "Top Ten Young Land Resources Management Experts in Chinese Universities", "Hubei Province New Century High-level Talents Outstanding Young Talents", "and National GIS Rookies" and other honors title. In recent years, he has presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, and more than 10 projects of the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education. He has published nearly 100 academic papers, of which 23 are included in SCI/SSCI.
