  Statements on Submissions

1. Submission System

All manuscripts should be submitted through the "Author Submission" button on the upper page of this website.

After registration, the author can select the journal Land Use & Regional Governance in the editing system to complete the submission.

2. Open Access

Land Use & Regional Governance adhere to open-source publishing, and all articles in Land Use & Regional Governance are published under a Creative Commons BY.

After the author pays a one-time Article Processing Charges (APC), others have free and unrestricted access to the full article published in Land Use & Regional Governance.

Submission of the paper to Land Use & Regional Governance means that the author accepted and complied with the above policies.

3. Research Ethics

In reporting studies involving human, human materials, human tissue, or human data, the author must state that the study has followed the rules of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki (as amended in 2013) and the relevant provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki.

The Land Use & Regional Governance strongly recommends that the author pre-register clinical trials in the International Clinical Trials Register, or cite the registration in the "Methods" part.

4. Moral Statements

Land Use & Regional Governance editors perform. a rigorous peer review process and adopt strict ethical and academic standards to review the manuscript. to ensure the fairness and seriousness of the manuscript. review.

When the author(s) submits a manuscript. to the SFP, the author(s) needs to declare no academic misconduct such as plagiarism, data tampering, and duplicate submission, otherwise, the author shall be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.

The manuscript. does not involve any political discrimination, country discrimination, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, physical disability discrimination, cultural discrimination, administrative regional discrimination, violence and other content that is contrary to public morals.

5. Plagiarism Check

The Journal adopts a zero-tolerance policy for academic misconduct.

Land Use & Regional Governance will use anti-plagiarism checking software to check the duplicates of the submitted manuscripts. If the manuscript. is plagiarized, it will be rejected immediately.

For the published paper, if academic misconduct is found (such as data tampering and image manipulation), Land Use & Regional Governance will withdraw the paper immediately, and the author shall assume full responsibility.

6. Privacy Policy

All data collected by the Land Use & Regional Governance on the Web site is protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

Land Use & Regional Governance will do its best to protect user privacy through appropriate security technology and physical safeguards.

7. Original publication

Land Use & Regional Governance do not publish papers that have been published in other journals.

Land Use & Regional Governance do not consider papers currently being reviewed in other journals.

8. Withdrawal

Land Use & Regional Governance attaches great importance to the standardization of academic activities and the integrity of the record of academic achievements, ensuring as far as possible that academic papers are traceable and unchanged historical records after publication.

For the published papers, due to the academic misconduct of the author (such as data tampering and image manipulation), as well as manuscript. withdrawals due to the author's own reasons, Land Use & Regional Governance shall not compensate the author for the economic losses and the APC.
